transmission- Honda MTF or amsoil trans fluid.
Diff- Amsoil 75w90 or 75w110 severe gear synthetic, or mobil 1 75w90 or 75w110 gear oil, or...just check that its compatible with limited slip differentials.

there's lots of references to your post throughout this forum as well.

^^^ what darcy said. the only way honda fluid will damage the diff is people end up with the CRV diff fluid. just use the trans fluid if you want. i use amsoil everything.

I recommend & use these products in my 03S,02Z06 & 96GST. Oil,Trans & diff.

Clutch & Brake I use/recommend Prestone Dot4.

As the Food lion says "That's just my 2 cents"

If I can help you,let me know.
