Wheel alignment problem: Ever-expanding toe!
Another factor to consider is the Alignment machine's accuracy. You can align a car, remove the heads form the wheels, roll the car back 2 inches than forward. Re-align the car and have different #'s than the first alignment.
That being said, I'd still suspect something damaged in the suspension for that much of a change.
