Default While the transmission is off....

I'm taking off my transmission in order to replace my clutch that has gone bad after only 41k miles... although, that's a lot longer than expected given my driving. While the tranny is apart im getting a lighter flywheel, replacing the clutch with a better one and replacing that darn 2nd gear synchro. While the transmission is open, I was wondering if anyone would suggest doing more with it.. any other synchros expected to break apart from 2nd? Should I change up my gearing while im in there? Eventually I am going to attempt to get over 500 HP and don't want to take apart the transmission again after I turbo. So I want to do all I need done at once, even if it is overkill. Also, should I upgrade my differential if I get a racing clutch? I heard that the stock s2k's diff is barley able to hold up and some people are reporting differentials breaking while launching. And one last question. I've replaced clutches in civics and integras, will I run into anything abnormal with the s2k while taking the tran off? I've never done any transmission work on an s2k.
