Whining noise during each shift

I am thinking of getting the Rick's 4.57 gear with LE607 oil, do you guys it might be able to take care of the noise?

Anybody think this could be syncros going bad?

If the syncros were going bad then the tranny would jump out of gear, or it would grind going into gear under high loads.
