why does vortech make a seperate kit for the 2003?

Default why does vortech make a seperate kit for the 2003?

i was just wondering whats diffferent about the 2003 to make vortech to produce a seperate kit
why doesnt comptech do the same?

I'm pretty sure it is just different computer codes, no hardware changes.

Speculation: Isn't there an extra relay right where the FMU gets wedged in? Or am I thinking about the MY2004 again...
