Wierd idle?
If you do this, the engine is not idling, so it can't be a weird idle. Artificially holding it at an rpm higher than its real idle without load, is just giving the ECU a brain fart. Why are you doing it? In fact, the ECU is programmed to give you an EPS light if you hold the engine speed at 3000 rpm or higher for more than 3 minutes. I'm not saying you are doing this, but this is merely to indicate that for various reasons, the ECU doesn't like it.

If you are running the UR turbo kit with the Greddy eManage and injectors larger than 440 cc, this is normal. I had the same thing with mine with 600 cc injectors. The stock ecu and the eManage are "fighting" with each other. In a way its a good thing because you can't do high rpm clutch dumps from a standstill.
