Differential drain/fill bolt sizes
I was wondering if anyone knew what the sizes of the differential fill/drain bolts were because I have to go to the parts store to get the right sockets in order change the fluid. Thanks.

Drain is 24mm socket.
Fill is a 23mm wrench (not enough room to fit a socket). I use an adjustable wrench. The crappy part is I can't tq it to spec.

Yikes, now I'm scared! I'll look into a 23mm wrench. I couldn't find any when I was looking, so I went with the adjustables. I did have a pretty hard time loosening it.
http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?...pid=00945957000
or

and at the bottom change to shallow 23mm 6 point
either one works. i've used both. the combo wrench can round off the bolt. i use the 6 point socket now. this is for the fill bolt. the drain bolt is easier to get off.

Don't over tighten as the washer on the fill bolt is one of very few on this car that has a copper-like construction. It will squish very easily. Just tighten by hand as hard as you can, then put the wrench on it and give it another 1/8th turn and leave it. Afterall, it's a fill bolt and it's not holding back any weight of fluid like the drain bolt has to.
