You have the well known "clutch decel buzz" (try a search - it's been posted about lots). It's just a noise and has no adverse affects on the operation of the car. This has been around since the car was introduced. You can put in a new clutch disc that may or may not eliminate the buzz.

nope, I doubt they will replace it. The clutch buzz was just a TSB (technical service bulletin), which were released to make technicians aware of certain conditions that arise in some cars, new specifications or procedures for parts, etc. Some dealers replaced the clutch as good will under warranty, but a TSB is not a recall, and I highly doubt an extended warranty will cover it. As mentioned above, the buzz is not a sign of a problem, and it has zero effect on the performance of the car. The only reason to replace it is if you absolutely cannot stand the noise, and even then, there is no guarantee the noise will stop, and if it does, it can come back.

The disc.

But do the whole thing while you are in there.
