will spoon stb clear CAI?

Default will spoon stb clear CAI?
well i really love the way the spoon strut bar looks, but wondering if it clears the AEM V2 intake and the Comptech CAI.. i have the V2 right now, but planning on switching to the Comptech but just want to make sure that it clears. Thanks. Pics are great too.

Spoon STB will not clear AEM CAI but if it is the short ram there still might be chances the pipe will be touching the bar.
