Window glass
The cable on your window regulator broke. You need to replace the regulator.
Not the best way to get the glass out, but pretty much what you need to do. The proper way is to mark then loosen then guide bolts.
Be careful with the bolts that secure the glass, they're easy to cross thread.

There's a whole industry of companies that fix window regulators. Most of the regulators fail in the same manner, which is the small bead at the end of the wire pops off, (that small poor design is easy to fix if you have the patience to do yourself). These companies will rebuild the wiring with a strong one and solder the ends on (vs how Honda and others make them), it's a bit cheaper then buying OEM and should outlast OEM as well. Many will already have OEM rebuilt ones in stock and you can get a discount by providing yours as a core. Google 'Power Window Regulator Repair' for a company near you.
