Default windshield washer fluid leak under the car

i recently filled my windshield fluid and noticed a giant puddle of windshield washer fluid underneath my car.. the leak seems to be coming from passenger side area where the fluid cap/tank is..

is there any easy diy/solutions to this fix?
thanks

Remove the passenger fender liner and you should be able to see the fluid bottle, it is either cracked or leaking from a seal. Have you had plain water in there and exposed to freezing temps ? . The leak runs down the inside fender and out the drain hole in the body.

JFusion: i will take my fender liner out tommorow and check it out. thanks!
btw, if the crack is minimal (judging by the very slow pace of fluid drop) would it be neccessary to buy a new part? perhaps i could try to diy fix it?..)

trAP2: i drove without it for a long time, but recently with winter roads, the windshield gets dirty pretty fast and its certainly a pain in the ass without the fluid

If you are lucky maybe it's just a hose that has come loose, I believe there is one that runs to the bottom of the tank so it could be the culprit.
