Default wrong height?

Hi, I'm new with s2000, need help on my car, recently purchased KGMM springs with no instructions or box, they are gray or silver color and have them installed on stock shocks, now it has a bigger gap in the front fender, I don't know if the springs are switch, what i know the longer springs are for the fronts. Tires are 225/45 front and 245/40 rears 17 in and I've been driving the car for 3 weeks now. Thanks.

I always thought the longer ones were supposed to be in the rear. From how mine sits, the rear has more gap than the front.

that's not good,

the front should almost always have more gap than the rear.

with my corner weighted suspension the front is about a finger gap higher than the rears.

p.s. the longer shocks go in the front.

your joking right??

the front suspension travels more and has an engine weight.. but since s2k are 50/50 it maybe a little diff but it takes the longer usually skinner spring..

Did you preload the suspension before torquing everything down after installing the springs? If you didn't then you need to loosen everything up, preload the suspension, and then torque things back down.

Here is my stock s2k:

Do I have more gap in the front? I don't see it, but maybe its the shape of the car that fools me. Oh, and sorry for the crap pic.

no your suspension looks right, that's how mine sits, just an inch lower all around, give it a couple months to settle, it'll drop a little bit more.

also did the springs come with new rubber seats for the top and bottom?

no, it did not come with rubber seats and it's been almost a month now and 1 finger gap the back and 3 on fronts.
