Default Yellow Box for Gears - Dummy here - NEED HELP

I have checked both threads pertaining to the installation of the YB. xviper's for a more-under-the-car way and Jenner's at-the-fuse-box version. Since I have an '02 like Jenner, I would prefer that method, however, I am electrically and electronically challenged. Despite this accurate self evaluation, I MUST get this thing in tonight.

The car is jacked up and the kick panel removed. I know what the speed sensor is and where it is located. Any and all help is appreciated.

FF2Skip,

Here is the best thread I've found on the under the dash method of installation:

http://forums.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.p...25&pagenumber=1

It has pictures of the wiring diagrams and very easy instructions. Defenders post on page three is probably the best to work from. If you have any specific questions about the wiring PM me again and I'll try to help.

If you've read both our threads, not sure what else we can tell you. Good luck.

Thanks, xviper! And Strike! I did see you thread about the mucho mileage. That would scare the crap outta me.

I have the wires connected and got the flashing red LED. I'm going to go drive her now. I'm going to do a search in a minute, but does anyone know off-hand the starting point for the 4.57's? I know wheel/tire diameter makes a difference, but need a starting point.

Thanks. I saw the thread you started, xviper, pertaining to the 4.57's in the stickied section. I did in fact use 13%. No CEL after about 15 miles. I did not have anyone to pace me.
