First of all, it is normal for the exhaust tips to be black with soot. You just have to keep them clean with something like "NEVR-DULL" polish.
It is unlikely that our cars will drip water from the exhaust because there are at least three places for the water to get trapped - muffler cannisters. Each one should have a tiny drain hole should there be any water in the system.
If you do not know when the oil was changed last, you should do it now.
And don't forget the other fluids - brake, clutch, tranny, rear diff and if it is an '00, your engine coolant.

my car only "smokes" during a cold start in very cold weather or humid weather. its just condensation. this smoke also has no smell and is almost clear.

My car spits water for the first ten mins of driving regardless of weather conditions. It was quite funny because my friend was standing behind the car looking at the exhaust when I stabbed the accelerator a bit - his trousers were ruined!
