Mine lets me sit in the car while he's working. He says, "Center the wheel". I do, and he sets it that way. Now if it's not centered to my liking, who do I have to blame?

It should be centered.

When I got my car back from having some work done that required the steering wheel being removed, it honestly seemed they had remounted it incorrectly. It was a 20 minute fix with no test drive and I was back in business.

In Australia the wheel is on the right side of the car and we drive on the left of the road.
