I would add that the NSX is a pleasure to drive on long trips, as well.

I dunno. It didn't sound like a trashing of the Alfa to me. He admits he is a life long NSX fan who doesn't like the characteristics of the track-purposed Alfa and puts more emphasis on cruising in comfort. The Alfa just isn't for him. I also came away with the perception that in his opinion the NSX is and was overpriced, even though he didn't say that in so many words. It really is a stupid comparison. Just because they are both midengine doesn't mean the manufacturers were shooting for the same segment of the market. I might as well compare a Dodge Viper to a BMW 428 and say "they are both two door front engine cars so let's see how they match up."

 

So I'm guessing that the folks at alfa have decided that it will be mostly men buying the 4C.

either that or they didn't do enough target group testing.

Got my attention too. Thankfully it wasn't another car ad that talks about their competition. I will never understand why marketing companies do that when time is so limited and expensive. Talk about your product; not theirs.... and toss in a nice butt.
