Raymo .... any way you can turn those little dishes around so the plants aren't leaning toward the light source? That will make the plants stronger. If the chives are under the dome with all the moisture, uncover them ... maybe they're too wet.

The light source is directly overhead. If the chives don't sprout in another day or two I'll remove the dome. Either way it looks like the basil is going to need some room.

Gotta watch those chives!
Rick planted some outside one year. They got so big, I had to prune them. They got a neat little flower on the when they would "go to seed", but we never ended up using the chives in cooking.
We tore them up after a couple years.
