I was a little concerned the other day when I noticed my temp guage was at 8 bars..

I took it to the dealer this morning, they said everything is ok.

Does this look about right??

NO. that is all wrong!!! The tach should go all the way across the top, and the redline should be at 9K.

 

There's one in every crowd.

My '05 runs at least that hot. Jerry (my ) told me his '06 runs cooler than mine. (He drove mine from my old Acton house down to my new house.)

 

On topic ---> Now in the AP1 our temp gauge is different I run 3 bars constantly dont know if thatlll help ya any.

 

I run 8 bars, im Turbo though................

 

Looks OK to me...I haven't counted bars, but my temp gauge is about there once warmed up.

 

3 Bars for AP-1

8 Bars for AP-2.

Thanks for the help everyone, I read somewhere about the 3 bars and didn't know for sure if it was just for the earlier models.

It's all good anyway, I got a 90 mile top down ride at no extra charge from my dealer.
(except gas, which by the way, was 15 cents a gallon cheaper up there and I got to fill up)
