I rarely nap but will when I'm sick or if I got a lousy night's sleep the night before. I don't work but I'm never done with my to-do list. Could have something to do with this site.

Between the record snow fall and illness, I nap all the time! The cats are starting to think I'm a CAT!

And usually on a cloudy/rainy day and not a sunny one.
Rarely will take a nap after a day of work, never on my days off.(Unless I'm sick)

Look forward to a nap on Sat./Sun. afternoons. Usually about an hour or so after the gym.

Everyday if only for a few minutes. Naps revitalize me and help me to stay up to watch Leno.

This thread makes me want to take a nap. I think Maury has a good idea. I'll go to the gym then come home and nap.
