Looking at the big red moon... only a sliver of white on the edge.
and no I'm not going to try and take pictures. haven't got the right lenses for it.

Can't really see anything here in central Ohio.

It is too cloudy.

I did check it out and snapped a few pics. A 300 mm inexpensive zoom lens didn't do it justice, but it's very cool!

We didn't have the big orange moon but we got several decent glimpses of the eclipse. Had some cloud cover but they parted enough so that we see a good bit of the eclipse. It was tough since we have so many trees, but we went out into the street and saw some of it, hopped in the jeep and drove down to the marsh and watched some of it.
