Morris, is there an Xfinity store near you? We have one that's only a mile away and they have been extremely helpful during the one or two times I got fed up with the call center.

We have one in town but with the Governor's stay at home order it probably is closed.
I'm taking a break and hoping it fixes itself. It started Friday after 4 years of working fine, so maybe it will stop by itself too.
