I don't know if anyone posted this before but was watching the Mecum auto auctions last night from Kissimee and a 2000 S2000 with 15 miles on it bid to $65,000- but didn't meet the reserve.

 

Didn't hear about that one. There was one recently with something like 34 miles on it that went up for auction.

I don't even know where to start, like you posted Jerry I have owned both of these two cars and just can't imagine. So many questions like those aren't the factory gauges in the car so if you are putting in an engine that redlines at 9,000 r.p.m. why would you put in an aftermarket tach that only goes to 7k? Why would you stick with 13 inch wheels? Can you imagine what that thing would be like if you got into the powerband in a corner?
