Banner ads base on topic
I think that it is interesting how targeted the banner ads on S2Ki.com are based on the subject matter. Has anyone else noticed this?
I have to assume that based on Google's technology this pointed advertising is profitiable for the operators of this web site. (More power to them for creating it in the true spirit of free enterprise.

Matt, welcome to last year.

This has been going on a very long time. I think that there might have even been a thread about it (or some mention of it) a while back.

My comment was based on how much more refined and targeted that they have become!
Matt,
I just noticed these also.
I just posted in the "grocery coupon" thread that there is a pop up at the bottom about "winning free groceries." In Angela's birthday thread, there was a pop up for "e cards."
That was the one that caught my attention first. Weird.

Rob, I made that comment last year. I had mentioned my Healey in a thread, and the add at the bottom was for Healey parts (not a bad connection when you think about it). I also seem to remember one for psychoanalysis when we were urging someone to seek counseling.
