Beef spare ribs or Pork baby back ribs?
It seems everyone prefers baby back ribs over spare ribs. I think I will be eating more spare ribs now that my wife figured out it is easier to prepare and cheaper than baby back ribs.
From boiling the ribs to dry rub to dipping sauce, I really appreciate different people's preference. I just need to get some good recipes. Please share if you have one that you really like.

RC, you know there's a triangle "food fight" going on between who has the best bbq, Texas, Memphis, or NC. Guess it boils down to a matter of taste preferences I guess. Being from Texas......
Their sauce was so good, I had to transport a case when I went to Germany. I packed it so well, movers had no idea what I had. This sauce was by far the best that I've ever had from my limited experience.
