mind you I have found a few things in texas worthwhile.
one was BBQ joint outside austin called County Line If you want to get hungry watch the video :D

They served a reasonable rib :drool:

Baby back always. Texas Roadhouse has some awesome ones. They cook them for three days before they serve them. They literally fall off of the bone!!

Baby Backs for BBQ is the only way for me. But if you want some good beef ribs try this:

Chop carrots, celery, onion, packet of dried onion soup mix, and beef broth. Place beef ribs in roasting pan, pour everything over them, cover, place in over at 300 and slow bake until tender. Save the drippings gravy. Bake red potatoes, steam some mixed vegatables.
