Default black hole

never ceases to amaze me how much food a 19 year old male can go through between the hours of arriving home at 9:15 PM and this morning....

My 20 year-old son showed up on my doorstep last night at about 11 p.m. I wasn't expecting to see him until about that time tonight. Nice surprise although I thought someone was going to break in for a minute. He's done growing so he doesn't eat a whole lot. Is your son still growing?

Sometimes they dont grow out of that. Big daughter is 40 years old, 6 ft. tall and somewhere around 300 lbs. For the past 20 years, when we would go out to dinner, the check would add up to one more dinner than we had people.

well so far that's not the case. at 6'2" he has a big frame and is 185 lbs
shame that boy didn't play wide receiver or DB.

I remember when I was in college, I would cook for my roommate and me. We were both 6'3", and at that time I weighed about 180 and he was slightly lighter than me at about 170.

For a typical dinner, I would fix a 3 pound roasting chicken, a whole bag of peas, a whole bag of corn, a baked potato each, and a can of biscuits. In addition, I would fix a half gallon of iced tea.

We would sit at the end of the meal picking over the chicken carcass looking for bits of meat still on the bone. If I missed a meal, I would lose 3 pounds back then.

Some healthy eaters here! The +1's son is 15 and as tall as his dad now - 6'. I'm surprised he doesn't eat more, but he doesn't appear to be a bottomless pit.

I had/have a 6.2, 225lb eating machine. When my wife would come home from
grocery shopping, he would ask if there was any loose food in the bags.
