Default Boston Marathon

Our daughter is running in the Boston Marathon.

Her wave started about a minute or so ago.

Our son-in-law texted us this picture, about 7 miles into the Boston Marathon.

She sure looks happy! I imagine that she just saw her loving husband, daughter, and son on the sidelines.

Looks like perfect marathon weather, if it stays dry. Hope she has a great run.

My cousin is also running it. I ran the BAA 5K in 2013, the year after the bombing.

She was pleased with her time, 3 hours, 45 minutes, 51 seconds.

She has run other marathons in better time, but she was happy with her time since she has never run the Boston Marathon course before.

Heck, just getting there is quite an accomplishment, if you ask me. I don't like running at all!
