Default A/C for garage

I have set up my detailing business in my garage and summer is here so it is hot in there. Fans are ok but I was thinking of putting in a A/C unit. The garage is about 350 Sq. ft. 12 ft. ceiling, has a party wall, non-insulated, and 2 other walls insulated plus insulated overhead door. Very small window about 12ft. up. I looked at some portable units which collect water internally as venting may be an issue and window install won't work. Any suggestions?

You may also want to look at an HVAC though the wall unit that Sears sells. We have one that was installed in our 16' X 18' four seasons room that our contractor installed that works well all year. However, back in January we did rack up the highest electric bill that we have ever had in our all electric house. But that also included heating our Jacuzzi.

Consumer Reports lists the best free-standing unit as:
Friedrich Zoneair P12B for 9000-15000 btu.

My neighbor put two of these in his finished basement. Do you think they would work in a garage? Having dinner with him tonight so I will pick his brain. Thanks Grant.

Googled this unit. Looks promising especially with heater and dehumidifier. Only issue is venting. I only have 1 small window in the garage which is 12 ft. high. I submitted question on website to see if this could work. Thanks.

You could cut a discrete vent similar to a dryer vent into the wall.

When working in the garage, I open the door into the air conditioned
house and turn on the Big Ass Fan on the garage ceiling. Brrrr.
