Default Can I get an Amen brother?

So this guy has a point. "Heavy's" get a pass if they need another seat but tall folks get to pay more for leg room.
I'm only 6'1" but I get this this guy. I laugh when I look at the safety card that shows the passenger folded over hugging his knees
My Nightmare scenario is dropping something on the floor when I'm in in the center seat. There is no way I can fold enough to reach the floor.
So maybe somebody should put minimum legroom standards that all planes should have.

Reminds me of the commercial of Kareem sitting in coach, folded up, trying to work on his laptop

One of the few times in my life that I'm happy to be below average height!

At 5' tall I don't have those issues, however, even I feel cramped in those airline seats. We haven't flown in a while, and it just doesn't sound like much fun these days.

At 5'-6" I don't need the extra leg room but I alway buy the extra legroom (exit row) seats. I love being able to move my legs with ease.

a couple of years ago I flew to Malawi, S Africa, coach. Two (2) legs of the trip were ten (10) hours each, totaling about 25 hours, one way. I didn't want to fly anywhere for a long time, but probably will.

I'm in the camp that heavys should pay extra when they take up more than their 'fare' share of seat, however tall should be given space; they had no choice in how tall they grew.
How tall is tall, well that depends on how close the airline places their seats. Sometimes at 5"7" I'd want to be classed as "tall."

We should all be charged like a UPS package. Measure the weight, the height and the width. Put it in a formula and charge accordingly.

Upon further thought, this would work for everyone except lawyers, who should be charged by the same formula plus by the minutes they use!
