There are two places in Peeay....one here in Philly metro and one out in Lancaster County.

It's interesting that a majority of the 2009 100 Places are in the northern half of the country.

I note that the median age in #1 Louisville CO is only 36.6 years. May be a good place to establish the car-centric retirement facility, helping them by RAISING the median age

It's real - just south of Blowing Springs and north of High Point.

I believe that I saw on one of the morning programs that they only considered "cities" with pop. less than 50,000 for this report.
