I went to the surgeon today to talk about the cataract surgery.
It turns out that in addition to cataracts, I have bumps on my cornea which is also messing with my vision.
We came to the conclusion that need to be dealt with first since it the shape of the cornea affects the measurements for the lens replacements during cataract surgery.
The good news is it will help my overall vision.
The bad news is it is an uncomfortable procedure. It hurts for the better parts of a week and takes about a month to totally heal.
It also explains how I can have better vision in the morning and double vision at night.
So for now surgery of the cornea is 5/19.

my sister needs cataract surgery , they just took away her driver's license because of it, she isn't that old either. I hope your recovery goes quick Jerry. It may help improve your motorcycle driving skills
