Guess I needed to clarify. I'm heading to New York City .. staying in Mahatten and wanted to get a "take" on "the" preferred place in NYC for the best of the best cheesecake......

You can't go wrong with Juinors. It is in Brooklyn, but not far from the Brooklyn Bridge. (or you can cheat and go to Grand Central where they have a small counter service).

That's why I'm trying to get the Deanster to make this one. Martha makes a very mean pecan pie. Ask me how I know. In fact, we took this picture while mentioning your name as in "this one's for Matrix." You're so popular!

Just saw on the news this morning that Juinors opened a new store in Times Square. The baking is done in Brooklyn and they plan on 1 to 2 deliveries a day to the new store.
