Default Christmas Lights

I started putting mine up. I pulled them all out, plugged them in to test them and started with tree trunks. Takes me a couple days or more to get all the trees and shrubs done.

Do you light up your house for the Holidays?

No,no,no.
We don't do any thing for Christmas. Maybe lighted candles in the windows. But just maybe.

I only put up hanging decorations illuminated by flood lights, I no longer decorate my roof line and gables with lights since my height related panic attack.

We hang a lighted wreath on the front door and some garland with lights around the porch and upper deck railings.

Wifey unit has been after me for years to put lights on the house and I have successfully resisted so far. It's bad enough digging out the half dozen boxes and the tree from storage so she can decorate inside the house. This year there is none of that, as we are leaving before Christmas and not returning until well into January. Hooray. (and Bah Humbug)

Where are you going and can we go too???

Rick used to decorate outside. A few times the house and shrubs, then some trees and shrubs, but he has not bothered in several years, which is fine with me.

I have a small tree waiting to come up from the basement to be decorated. I have ZERO spirit and hope to find an even smaller one.

^ That sounds nice! We have no outdoors, but my three small trees have lights on them. One with little white lights and the other two with lights that blink in different colors. If I remember to put them out.
