OK....After the Gettysburg battlefield tour, last Sunday afternoon...many of us went to Chubby's BBQ located in Emmitsburg, Maryland...
Most probably the finest BBQ...that I have ever had.....
This was an option, of the 6 or so BBQ...sauces......

PFFCHRCC ....Soooo just what the heck is it ???????

 

Dear God, I should NOT have gone to that restaurant's web site. Holy crap that all looks soooooo good and now my mouth is watering and here I sit in Cincinnati with Chubby's in Maryland.

Yes. It was one of the six BBQ sauces that they have. We were trying to figure out if it was an acronym for something. The wait staff would not tell us. So Sharon and me tasked Denny with starting this thread to find out if anyone either knows for sure or at least we thought that Vintage folks could and would come up with some creative acronyms for PFFCHRCC.

After tasting the PFFCHRCC sauce I for one would not wish to use it on French Fries. But then again, I am NOT a fan of gravy.

 

I was expecting it to be their hot sauce, but it was actually very sweet...and no idea what the acronym means...

 

What's funny is that a Google search for "PFFCHRCC" found this thread only.

I, too, had googled it when Looter first asked what PFFCHRCC meant, and I found this thread only, too!

 

This is incredible !!!!! The "Only" thing that I know about it....is...that it was written on a BBQ sauce bottle....and the staff, would not tell us what it was ???? They just smiled @ us !!!!!!
