Dr. Pepper is the only way to go. Guaranteed to cure all that ails you, after all it was invented by a Doctor, wasn't it?

I generally drink water after I'm done with the morning coffee ... if I do choose to consume a soft-drink (on rare occasions) it would be a Dr Pepper ... because I cannot drink coke without a bourbon mixer ... coke just doesn't taste right without it.

For a long time, I was a Coke drinker. Then, I switched to Diet Coke in an effort to lose some weight. At first it tasted awefully, well, "tasteless" but I got used to it.

Fast forward to now, I was sick for a while and stayed off the soft drinks and all the bad stuff. I've been drinking water for the last 7-8 months or so. On a few occasioins where I had been out and no water was available, I got myself Diet Coke and man, it tasted awefully sweet to me. I guess everything is relative.

Don't think I can go back to Coke or Diet Coke. Water- it's good for ya.
