Default Do they owe me anything?

When I got back to Doug's place Sunday night after Spring Fling, I noticed my tires were low on tread. Much lower than I was expecting in fact....

Here is a shot of the front tire for reference:

The driver side rear tire:

The passenger side rear tire:

The rear tires together:

I don't think the rear tires owe me anything - I fact I owe them for getting me back home in one piece!!!!!!!

They must have been real tough in the rain.

Marco,

I hope that you did not run into heavy rain with them?

BTW, Thank you very much for saving me a Cremore. I can understand why you beer lovers love it.

It was nice to see you both again.

Matt

Wow, they remind me of a set of tires I saw on a car that came up to NY for FC 2002. The car came from MD. and the kid driving it asked me if he could go on the drive with them. We told him no. His were actually showing threads.

Glad they got you home safely, Marco. I've been woefully surprised at how fast that tread goes when they get about half down on tread. On the good side, though, they seem perfectly even in wear.

What did they look like before you left? I had more tread on mine when I did my twirly thing in WV. Scary stuff. Glad you made it home w/o incident.

Oh, I can make this story even better...

When Marco and Denise got to my house on Friday I remember noticing his tires were a bit low on tread, but NOTHING like they look in those pics. So as you all know we had plenty of rain on Friday and then a bit more on Saturday. On Sunday when Marco saw just how low they were this is how he reacted.

I ran those in the rain???

I think it would be safe to say, he might have been a tad more mellow had he known just how little tread there was on those things.

NOPE- they owe you nothing, and I'm so glad they got you2 home. Now I can't wait to see the newer/improved size.
