When I was a kid, we were brought up to make our beds every AM. I still do that. It only takes a couple of minutes, and IMHO, the house looks neater if the beds are made. I like neat.

I know some folks who live in two story homes, that keep very neat homes, yet only make the beds when changing the linens. No one is going on the second floor so why bother?

So, let's hear it. Do you make the bed every day?

 

I never do, but the +1 does it every day. I have gone to the bathroom and found the bed made, before I was ready to actually get up.

 

I always make it on the week days, as Rick would not bother..weekends it used to be "last one up makes the bed." Now, it seems as if I'm the one that makes it every day.

 

As soon as I get out of it, it gets made. If Jim decides to go back to bed afterward, he remakes it when he gets up. Our beds are always made.

 

+1 does this for us. When I'm home alone, I am a bit sloppy at times.

 

I'm afraid my +1 the Maine Coon Cat is unable to make the bed, so I do, and yes, I do this every morning.

 

ok so you didn't put the usually or most of the time option.
so i couldn't technically answer yes all of the time.
and expanding on the pedantic theme, sometimes I do and sometimes the +1 does, which would further disqualify yes as a legitimate answer.

Somehow I don't see you as one who makes the bed, Jerry....knowing how "organized" you are.

I have plenty of quirks, almost engineer like in some cases.

 

well ya see there is this dog that lives here too.
this dog has been known to sleep on said bed.
so if I don't want a bed full of mutt hair.... I hafta make the bed.
