I've pretty much been rolling the dice when it comes to automobile safety all my life. I've always driven too fast. I've always dreamed of being a GP driver. Even today I speed up when I see curves and slow down when the road turns straight and boring. I never did it to try to impress anyone; in fact, if I had rider I seldom ever took the chances I would by myself.
Dave,

I recently had a co-worker ask me if it was his imagination or did I actually speed up while going through that curve? My answer: Short of a Double A fuel dragster or a Funny Car almost anyone can go fast in a staight line. Yes, I did speed up.
