I haven't named mine because I can't decide if I drive a girl or a boy. I call it little car, as in answer to my son's question of which car I'm taking him to school in, the van or the little car.

Not an S2000, but my little Miata is named Guinness. I know...strange name for a girl.

Anyway, the reason for the name is the color scheme...black and tan. I've been a beer drinker for years and a black and tan is a Guinness poured over (typically) either Bass or Harp.

Hmmm. I still can't decide if I sit in a girl or boy. I guess mine is just a sexy little car.

Au contraire.....

My 1975 Triumph Spitfire was definitely masculine! A very interesting car and in many ways unique. For instance it conversed only in Italian and though I speak no Italian at all, I managed to finally understand that my Spitfire was a reincarnation of the Lancia-Ferrari which Juan Manuel Fangio had driven to victory at the 1956 Argentinian Grand Prix!

Such an honor to own such a car; a car with a definite attitude. My Spitfire loved to have his little gearshift massaged. Alas, his little clutch finally gave out. You know, the clutch that Triumph hangs in mid air just before they build the car around it.

I traded him in on a new Volkswagen Scirocco.
