Angry Enough is enough already!

I don't think I have ever been so sick of winter as I am this year! Yesterday a quarter inch blanket of snow- today raw with big wet flakes mixed with rain. This global warming is quite chilling! Emile, Levi how are you guys up north faring?

Same here. I just came back to the office from lunch and was thinking how tired I am of gloomy weather. It's raining and raw again. We are heading south soon for a week, and the temps aren't too impressive. Hoping it warms up a bit before we get there.

Still burning the woodstove. Does not look like the weather is going to warm much for the next couple weeks. If this keeps up much longer I'll have to get new runners for the sled.

When I scheduled my Florida vacation for the 2nd and 3rd week of April, I thought it was going to be too late. Now it looks like genius! Hopefully winter will be gone when I get back.

Good time of the year for inside projects. I've been going through 'mg club' photos from the 90s and scanning them into the pc. I have a lot since I was editor for many years. Now I'm organizing the ones my kids would never want and giving them to the people in the photos. Keeps me busy and not worrying about what I can't do.

Next, on the schedule is updating our wills. I plan to download the software and do it myself. I called around to a couple attorneys and they want 10 times the cost. Not worth it for simple wills.

While I love snowboarding, the fact that the local hills are opening again for a week is not as exciting as I would like. I am ready for spring now :P

While I was out of town on Friday, 6 inches fell at our place. So got home at midnight last night to unload from the trip in the un-shoveled driveway. It snowed a few inches last night and is supposed to stop sometime tonight.

Granted, below is a picture of my driveway on April 19, 2013, so I guess I just live in MN and should accept this....

In the words of a former co-worker from Mn. Minnesota-9 months of cold weather, three months of bad sledding.
