Default Excessive behavior

In a moment of self reflection, I was thinking about some of the things I've done and a tendency towards excessive behavior.
I wondered "would this make a good discussion for the forum?" and is anyone else similar?

and then the DUH!! moment hit me....
this is, after all, an S2000 forum.
