When I read about the excitement over F-1 it makes the doomsayers of 2014 seem very wrong. I hope the excitement continues.

Maybe they should just start each race with trucks watering down the track.

we hit a thunderstorm deluge on the way to the ferry in Ludington while on our vacation.
Hydroplaning and dramatic saves are always exciting even at 50 on a straight and not 150 on a corner.

Asuming hte penalty holds it is now a 1 point race for the drivers championship.

And young max V is only 10 points adrift of Ricciardo.

Seems proper to me; as you say rules are rules and they had to be enforced.

No matter, I loved how Lewis exploded with excitement after winning.

I agree. It's a fair decision.
I think he was fortunate that they gave him only 10 seconds, 20 seconds would have pushed him to 4th.
Without the radio advice he would have DNF'ed.
