Sometimes stuff comes back to you that makes you feel worthwhile. After last Falls hurricane we had a lot of damaged kids clothing ($500k+). We contacted a charity that helps the poor in several rural communities in Fl. They sent volunteers to sort them wash them and distribute them through their missions. Our only requirement was they had to passed out and put on the kids and not resold through a thrift store. They're still distributing and they sorted out the Holiday designs.
Got this in the mail yesterday. It feels good. We made a difference.
^ way to go Grant, I am sure that much clothing made a big difference in those communities. Good for you for those actions, the pictures say it all.
Nothing makes me feel better than when people are helped by my actions and they express their thankfulness, those moments trump over the bad experiences I have with people.

I agree with you, about feeling good when you help people. I have people in my life that only spew out all the negative things they can suck up from life or news. I hate to be around them but one does my hair and she's great at it.
If you look for good in people, and present it in yourself and you attitude, it is there.
