Sorry to hear about your 'mishap'. I was run off the road last year and the b1tch didn't even stop. $ 1500.00 damage. That is why I now ALWAYS drive with the lights on and watch carefully when around other traffic on regular streets. Our cars are really hard to see, especially for people with their heads up their rectums.

What a drag, Rocket...hope the fixes go well. I've read about quite a few mishaps at school, whether accidents or vandalism.

His insurance company (Progressive) sent and adjuster today to asses the situation. They're about to cut a check in the amount of $1,047 to my mom. I'm trying to get ahold of our wonderful friend at Ganley to see what his take on the situation is.

P.S. - yes i know not to sign or endorse anything until all is said and done

Unfortunate, but you are really pretty lucky. Someone with the right tools could probably actually replace the bumper by themself, but then there would be the risk of 'concealed damage' elsewhere....

I'm surprised that the $$ are not higher...
