Ok Vintage, you know what I'm talking about. Has Fibre become a dietary priority in your life? Has the doctor told you to get more? What do you eat to get fibre. What supplement do you take and why do you like it?

Fiber is definitely a high priority for me -- I'd very much like the extra bandwidth it would provide over the cable I have now. That would help both with Internet speeds (I have a gigabit in the house, but only about 10MBits into it) and with Hi-Def movies and so on.

So I hope they switch to it soon. HPH

I read labels and go for the higher fiber stuff when I have a selection, like with cereal.

Wife ordered AT&T U-verse, then cancelled it before it was installed. Sales girl did not tell wife that they do not supply a long enough fibre-optics cable to use the AT&T U-verse in our RV.

^^

Always loved course dense bread, bran muffins, and other high fiber foods. I also eat a lot of fruit, including apples, with the skin on.

Whether because of these dietary habits or just because of good genes, you could say I'm a regular guy.

It screams uber boredom to me. Poor LB. He just needs a little excitement in his life. He'd probably have some if he totally gives up the fiber.

I think it is more of a cat house. When we have it at home, the cat and I go out there to get away from the noise in the house.
