Go fly a kite....
Enjoy the trip....
Looks like this guy has a ball.....must be
I have flown kites at Kitty Hawk in the Outer Banks, but nothing like this
We don't have enough wind updrafts here for serious kite-flying....
Any other kite afficionados out there

Oh, do I have some great kite photos from Saturday, Feb. 24th! I dropped my son and his friend off at my in-laws so they could go watch the UCLA vs. Stanford basketball game, and instead of driving 43 miles home, I went to Huntington Beach. They were having a kite festival. All kinds of kites and groups of guys flying them side-by-side, doing arial formations. I'll try to get the photos up in the next day or so.

I got the same band width exceeded message when I tried to access the link as well.
When we lived in Southern California back in the mid 80's I had a 50' long Dragon Kite. I flew it once with 20 LB test monofilament fishing line on it's spool. It took me almost an hour to real it back in. Barbara bought me a speed reel after that. I made letting out almost a quarter mile of line of line practical.

When I was a little girl, my Dad would make me kites. We would put them up so far you could bearly see them and leave them up for days. One of my nicest memories of my Dad. He passed away on Labor Day of 2005.
I couldn't see the video, but love flying kites. +1 and I fly kites when we go down to Topsail and its a real joy of mine. (I don't its one of +1's favorite things, but he does it for me). I LOVE kites and try to find time to fly them in March when the winds are good here.
