Default Gone To The Dark Side

I received my Apple MacBook Air today. After playing tonight, and I mean playing, I am slowly learning the differences between what I use to think was the only way to computer and the Apple way.

What took me so long to switch I will never know but I am pretty happy I did. This thing is built like a brick with the weight of a feather.

I hope my enthusiasm is as high tomorrow.

Send it to me so I can try it out.....

I'll give it a good test run!

Always wanted to try a MAC to see if it was all people say it is...

What took you so long? My first Mac or Apple product was the IIc back in the late 80's. You will love it.

I did have a IIc a long time ago. Only kept it about a month before it went away.

Congrats on the switch! I made the leap two years ago and never looked back!

Yep, you will appreciate it more as time passes. After a lifetime of Windows, I don't miss it for second.

I made similar post on facebook last week. I purchased a MacBook Pro last week as my primary machine after a major scare with the latest security update to Windows. As I am a Microsoft SQL Server developer, I have always used a windows machine, especially since I work from home a lot. I have built several virtual machines for Windows development using Oracle's VirtualBox and so far I'm very happy with the results.

It appears that I have been assimilated by the Apple Collective. Resistance was futile.
