I was watching the Today show on Monday and they had a guest on talking about a new game called Googlewhacking.
It's very simple to do, you pick two words and you do a search on google for those two words and you try to find two words that have only one hit.

Example of play:
anxious+fender 26,900 hits
spinaceous+sphygmomanometer 7 hits (my personal best so far)

It's a bit addictive

 

All I can get is 3 hits with my own words: wheelman+guideposts

I can get 1 hit using one of your words though: guideposts+sphygmomanometers

 

My favorite is in my sig. miserable + failure .....plenty of hits ....but only one of true relevance

 

Got one hit with "muntjac stirpes."

A Muntjac is a small deer and "stirpes" is a legal term concerning ancestry. What fun!

When I tried "tyvek mummification", I found about 10 interesting hits where people include Tyvek in with their Latex mummification fetish...

I guess that means elfs have no phlegm -- yechhh, disgusting.

 

I tried a few combinations that I thought would yield low hits and the lowest was 237. Geez! there are a lot of "sick puppies" out there.

 

Of course once Google indexes the changes here on this thread. All the winners occurrences should link to here And then you lose!
