A Grateful Granny here
Jim,
That is the pits, that you are still in pain and worse off than you were before you went in, to improve the pain. It's been a few weeks hasn't it? Why no improvement? Does the Dr. know what went wrong?
On the subject of Granny, I was happy to see her in Ohio. I wasn't aware that she wasn't going to come, until I got there. A Vintage meet is not complete unless Granny is there.

G-Rod, this is kinda like your thread, so I'm just checking in to say hello.
Sounds like your surprise visit to Ohio was a real hit!
Well, I'm still looking for a new piano teacher for my kids, since their teacher moved to France. I told you about her at SF. She's going to be hard to replace. The kids have been in California for two weeks visiting friends. I think they spent a lot of time at Disney Land. They return today, so the quiet days are over for now.
We did miss them, though, and are ready to have them come home. The summer has really flown by, and school starts this month. Nick and I were going to go to Colorado before school starts again, but so far I can't drive the car. But we still have two assigned summer books to read and discuss, so we will be busy.

One day you're going to have to make it up here for this one too. Sorry you're still in so much pain but you sound in good spirits. They've got to get this thing right because we've got a lot more driving and partying to do. Hope you feel better. Keep up the good work on the therapy and don't give up hope, okay? Thanks for keeping us posted and enjoy the remainder of this quick moving summer. Where did it go? Were we having that much fun that we missed it?

that they are not the same if she is NOT there. But, she was the catalyst to hear Valentine (Darlene) let out a squeal like a three year old girl! Fortunately, the very well behaved Anika did not pick up the gauntlet and try to out do her.
Everytime I read this thread it gives me a
. Another time, another place and I shall ride again!!! Wahhhhhh (Jonas, don't let Anika read this thread or she may pick up my bad habits).
