I hear they are a good source of fiber!

Are you near Meijer? Any chance they would have what you need?

I think our local Meijer stores are open today 6 am to midnight.

We are having a small gathering today for Easter.

Our son, his two boys, and our 21 year old granddaughter, Josie.

Our daughter will not be coming. In January, she started a very intense nursing program designed for those who already have a bachelor’s degree in another field. In 13 months, she will earn a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She has an exam on Monday and one on Tuesday.

Her son is finishing up his first year at University of Florida. He will be coming home for the summer in a few weeks. Our daughter will also have a two week break in May before the summer session starts. So, we will have another gathering in May when everyone can come.

Josie asked me if casual clothes were okay. I said that would be fine. I wonder if casual means wearing her jeans that are full of holes. Perhaps dressing up is wearing jeans with no holes.

We visited my in-laws, had some Portuguese food, my wife made a really good cod fish casserole that is a traditional dish of theirs, it turned out great. Nice weather for a drive.

We had ham, meatballs and macaroni, asparagus wrapped with Swiss and prosciutto, carrots and potatoes, strawberry shortcake and a homemade blueberry lemon cake. I feel like I’m never going to eat again!

I have been using the same cylinders as long as I can remember. The place I go for a refill never looks at the dates. My company suggested it might be time to find out. We've had the Weber grill since 2001. Can they be that old? Maybe. I've painted over them a couple times, so it may be time for replacements. TBD. The steaks were still really good in the broiler.

Sue thanks for the update on the family. All good. Definitely jeans with holes is the style for the gals.

Josie did not wear jeans with holes. She wore shorts and a University of Michigan tee shirt.
